It allows authors and rights holders sell their audiobooks directly to their audience and keep control over price, coupons, offers and receive up to 100%. It allows listeners to purchase audiobooks and keep them but also offers several ways to listen.
We know that audiobook lovers have a choice where they purchase audiobooks. Buying your audiobooks from Shop Audiobooks, you are actually supporting the authors. When you purchase an audiobook on other platforms you are actually purchasing from that company. Authors and rights holders have receive amounts in the 25% area. When you purchase an audiobook on Shop Audiobooks you are purchasing from the author/rights holder who will up to 100% of the sales.

No, you don’t. Shop Audiobooks doesn’t have membership plans, You pay only for what you purchase However, you do need to create a free account in order to have access to your purchased content
Listening
Audiobook content on the Shop Audiobooks platform is DRM free. When you purchase an audiobook you can listen to it in several ways.
1. Download and listen on your favorite open audiobook app or mp3 player on PC, Tablet or Smart Phone
2. Stream on our website player on PC, Tablet or Smart Phone
3. Listen on the Castos Podcast Player App on iOS or Android for Tablet or Smart Phone
After you purchase your audiobook, there are two ways to download your purchased content. A.) Download the zip folder with all the mp3 files, extract/unzip. B) Download each mp3 file separately by clicking the download button on our web player.
1. Navigate to your account and click Downloads. Your audiobooks will appear in the list. 2.Click download on the title and the zip folder with all the mp3 chapters will be saved to your device.
Most pc’s and smart phones come with a built in software or app for this purpose. Click on the zip folder to open it and select the destination folder for the audiobook files to be stored. If you don’t have an unzip app installed you can easily download any winzip, winrar, 7zip app to your device.
You can choose to download each mp3 file separately. In this case you wont need to unzip any folder. After you purchase your audiobook, navigate to your account and click on Purchased Content. Click on the audiobook title to access our nice audiobook web player. Select the chapter you would like to download and click the download button. Depending on your browser, the file may open in a separate tab and you will need to click the download button or it may start downloading right away.
After you purchase your audiobook, navigate to your account and click on Purchased Content. Click on the audiobook title to access our nice audiobook web player. The player has the features Play/Pause, Forward/Rewind, Playback Speed, Auto Bookmark to remember the last position of the player. This means that if you close it and open later, the player will resume playing from the positions you left it. Auto Bookmark works on PC, Androids, Mac. Some iphone models do not support this feature.
Download the Castos Podcast Player App Log in to the Castos app using the email associated with your account on Shop Audiobooks. Your purchased audiobooks will automatically appear in My Library. Download for iOS. Download For Android.
Payments
You can pay using a credit or debit card during checkout. All payments are made securely and hosted via Paypal
When the payment is made successfully your card will be charged immediately.
When you purchase an audiobook you will immediately have access to download and keep the files on any device. Therefore returns are meaningless.
Content on Shop Audiobooks is sold in digital format and available for you download immediately and keep. Therefore returns and refunds are not accepted.
